Pagham Beach - is a shingle beach, adjacent to the village of the same name, located just to the west of Bognor Regis. The beach is popular for swimming, yachting (with a yacht club located on the beach), and windsurfing. It is also used by walkers. This stretch of the coastline is reputed to be one of the sunniest places in the United Kingdom.

Aldwick Beach - is predominantly shingle with some sand exposed at low tide. A promenade sits above much of the beach and there is a pier to the east.
