Conditions For 3 Church Meadow |
- A provisional booking may be made by telephone, post or
email – to confirm the booking a deposit of £50 is required
within 7 days – payment accepted by BACS: Barclays a/c Mr &
Mrs Young, 12230326, sort code 1606051 / Paypal:
debbiey@btopenworld.com / Cheque: Mr T Young. The
deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation
unless terminated by the caravan owner.
- The caravan owner reserve the right to refuse any
booking without any obligation to give a reason
- The outstanding balance must be paid at least 28 days
before your date of arrival. If full payment is not
received by this date the owners reserve the right to re-let
the caravan without making any refund of any of the booking
deposit.
- A £100 security deposit will be added to the balance
payment and will be returned within 14 days following your
departure should the caravan be deemed clean and tidy to an
acceptable level and free of damage. Please contact the
owner immediately to notify them of any damage caused during
your stay. If anything is broken or damaged on arrival
please inform the caravan owner immediately The caravan will
be available to the occupant/s during the period shown on
the confirmation letter received from the caravan owner.
- The caravan is only available for rent by families and
responsible couples. We will not hire out to same sex
groups. The hirer of the caravan must be 21 or older.
The hirer must remain present during the occupancy of the
caravan. Only persons listed on the booking form may stay in
the caravan.
- The hirer is responsible for the conduct of all persons
listed on the booking form.
- The caravan is 6 berth (double bedroom / twin bedroom /
and double pullout bed in living area) and must at no time
be exceeded.
- Strictly no smoking is allowed inside the caravan if you
are found to be smoking inside the caravan you will be sent
a bill for a full spring clean of the caravan.
- Strictly no pets are allowed inside the caravan.
If you are found to have a pet inside the caravan you will
be sent a bill for a full spring clean of the caravan
- The area surrounding the caravan must be kept clean and
tidy at all times
- Bins must be emptied at the appropriate waste areas.
- Park speed limits must not be exceeded.
- In the event of behaviour likely to cause offence or
damage to other users of the facilities the park management
reserve the right to remove any offenders from the park
without redress.
